Physical Rehabilitation
Physical Rehabilitation, or Active Care, is a vital aspect of health that is often neglected.  It must be incorporated into the daily lifestyle and it involves the patient taking an "active" role in helping his/her body stabilize any current dysfunction.

Active Care involves:

Rehabilitation Exercises

  • Stretching Exercises
  • Range of Motion (ROM) Exercises (active and passive ROM)
  • Strengthening Exercises

Exercise

  • Aerobic activity (walking, jogging, biking, etc)
  • Anaerobic activity (strength training)

The doctor strategically integrates the individually specialized Active Care program in conjunction with the Passive Care program.  Schedule an appointment with Dr. Blood to establish an appropriate rehabilitation routine.
